Essential Laboratory Drip Rack – PP / Stainless Steel – Wall-Mounted with Detachable Pegs

Product Overview

The laboratory drip rack—also referred to as the lab drip rackglassware drying racktest tube drainer, or pipette drying rack—is an essential tool for every laboratory. It is designed to hold and air-dry test tubes, beakers, flasks, and other glassware after washing. Made from high-density PP (polypropylene) or 304 stainless steel, this drip rack offers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion. The wall-mounted design saves valuable bench space.

Whether you need a compact 27-rod rack for a student lab bench or a high-capacity 52-rod double-sided rack for a busy research facility, EduSupports has the right drip rack for your application.

Key Features

  • High-density PP or 304 stainless steel construction – durable, chemical-resistant, long service life

  • Detachable pegs (130mm length) – each peg can be removed for replacement or cleaning; easy maintenance

  • Sloped bottom tray – built-in angle for fast water drainage; prevents water pooling and bacteria growth

  • Back drainage port – water collects at the back and drains quickly; no dripping onto bench or floor

  • Wall-mounted design – saves bench space; mounting screws also made of corrosion-resistant PP

  • Two mounting options – drill-mounted (permanent, strongest hold) or drill-free (no wall damage)

  • Multiple sizes and configurations – single-sided or double-sided; 27 or 52 rods for PP; 25, 27, or 30 rods for stainless steel

  • Multiple color options (PP) – grey, black, white

  • Hole plugs included – unused holes can be sealed for a clean look and dust protection

  • Versatile applications – schools, research institutes, hospitals, industrial labs

Why Choose This Laboratory Drip Rack?

The laboratory drip rack offers several distinct advantages for glassware drying in scientific environments.

First, its superior chemical resistance makes it ideal for demanding lab environments. PP material withstands exposure to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. 304 stainless steel offers additional heat resistance.

Second, the fast drainage system prevents water pooling. The bottom tray features an angled design that directs water to the rear drainage port for quick exit. No standing water means no bacteria growth.

Thirdflexible installation options accommodate different lab setups. Drill-mounted provides the strongest hold for permanent installation. Drill-free uses adhesive pads or suction cups, causing no wall damage—perfect for rental laboratories or temporary setups.

Fourthdetachable pegs (130mm length) allow easy maintenance. Replace broken pegs without replacing the entire rack. Unused holes can be sealed with hole plugs for a clean appearance and dust protection.

Fifth, the space-saving wall-mounted design keeps bench surfaces clear for other lab activities. Mounting screws are also made of corrosion-resistant PP material.
